I'm not running an agency. I don't have a proven system. I'm one person trying to build something from scratch — using AI tools, cheap experiments, and whatever else seems worth trying. This site is the honest log of what happens. What works, what doesn't, and what I'm building next.

Building things people might actually pay for. No idea which one lands. That's the point of testing.
